Shipping Policy

Canadian Shipping Only.

All plants will be shipped on either Monday or Tuesday only. Orders will be shipped the following week after ordering.

We provide multiple shipping options for customers. It is the buyer's responsibility to select an appropriate shipping rate for their order, considerate of their location and weather. 

Botanical Rarities assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to orders after they have been received by the courier. 

Some plants may have minor cosmetic damage due to the risks of shipping plants in the mail. Damage of this nature will not be considered for return or replacement.

 

Winter shipping

All orders will include a heat pack and will be wrapped in thermal insulation during the winter months. This will be reflected in the shipping cost at checkout.

Botanical Rarities has the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather.
